ARENA KING is a simple two button revenge game I made a few years back. I really wanted the games visuals to remind people of C64 or Atari a little bit, even if it doesn't follow those stricter hardware limitations or colours. It's pretty silly and simple but can be kinda intense when you get deeper into it and don't want to start all over...

You will need to get used to the timing of the enemies and the very small cooldown between your attack or defense, in order to get better at it.

There is luck involved too, you'll never know if the enemy will choose to attack or defend. Do you play it safe and block, or take a chance and swing your weapon? Quick decisions will affect how you approach each fight.

There are power-ups, different stages and enemy designs. The game will not simply end when you think you have reached your goal...
